For the Commercial Harbour to the East of Sirte which is currently under construction, Royal Haskoning and Maward Consulting Engineers are providing Technical assistance for the following.

(1)    Inspection of the completed main breakwater and review of QA procedures

(2)    Detailed design review and construction supervision of  berthing structures

(3)    Harbour operation strategy study and design of land based facilities

(4)    Training and assistance to Owner staff
